Tracy – thank you so much for planning our trip to Sandals Whitehouse. Everything about it was perfect. The beaches were just beautiful, with crystal clear blue water, white sand and exotic palm trees and flowers. Our suite was elegant, yet extremely comfortable and clean. The resort was absolutely picture-perfect. And I have never encountered a more attentive and accommodating staff. We were completely catered to from the minute we stepped off the plane to the time we walked back into the airport. They made sure that our stay was completely worry-free. And I loved how we were able to experience all the excitement and leisure of a great vacation without ever leaving the resort. We had a blast – water -skiing, sailing, dancing and relaxing at the spa. It was our most romantic vacation ever. We will definitely be planning another trip to a Sandals resort!

I am most pleased to share my experience both with Tracy Mueller-Island Dreams, as my travel engineer, and with Sandals in St. Lucia. Tracy has worked with me for over 15 years. She has helped me plan numerous trips and handles all bookings for me. She has seen my family and I through weddings and funerals and all the wonderful trips in between. I would recommend Tracy, and Island Dreams for any trip planning. She has become an extension of our family in many ways. I trust her to always find the best options, the best price and handles everything without my worrying or stressing over the details. One of our more important excursions was our honeymoon in October, 2005. Tracy had been helping me plan a trip to Italy. We were very excited to go and very exhausted because of the wedding planning and the buying and selling of homes etc. After a long discussion with Tracy, she suggested we think of something far less stressful. I readily agreed and asked her advice. She mentioned Sandals and St. Lucia. We signed up. We loved it. Neither of us had been to the Caribbean and we embraced the relaxed and romantic atmosphere. We signed up for two couples massages. My husband took advantage of deep sea fishing. I went scuba diving. We did two Sailing trips which we loved. The accomodations were very comfortable. The food was quite good and the pools were fabulous. We had a great adventure, but plenty of rest and relaxation. The staff at Sandals were extremely kind, professional and available. We also enjoyed visiting the other Sandals resorts on the island. It felt safe, and similiar but interesting and different-in a good way. We spent an entire day at Sandals on the other side of the island. In today's business environment where finding professional, ethical and true customer service can be challenging-Tracy and her company, Island Dreams is a rare and wonderful find. Island Dreams, While maybe not your typical couples resort, the Sandals Whitehouse Resort offered much more than we expected. The great food, the music, the beautiful scenery and the peaceful quiet solitude of a walk on a private beach at midnight, it’s beyond description and just has to be experienced. In our dreams we never expected such a perfectly planned romantic getaway. This is where you guys are the best in the business. Anyone can sell a great product, but it takes a true professional to cover every detail and make us feel like we are the most important people in the world. My husband, Mark Shafranich and myself, Sandy Shafranich spent the last week of January 2006 in wonderful St. Lucia at the Sandals Grand Resort. This particular trip was a return to St. Lucia visit for Mark and I, and I must say, it was just as wonderful as our previous, and first time visit in 2003 for our Honey moon. We previously stayed at the Golf & Spa Sandals Resort over looking the bluff. Personally, for Mark and I, St. Lucia is a favorite island of ours, and because of Sandals, the overall experience is spectacular. Dear Tracy, I just wanted to write to extend a much deserved thank you for recommending and arranging such a wonderful trip to Sandals Dunns River. The resort had all I could have asked for and more. The service that the outgoing staff provided was incredible. They catered to my every need and made sure I relaxed and enjoyed my stay at the resort . The amenities were first class! From the pool with the cascading waterfall, to the outdoor fitness area, and all of the fabulous dining areas. This resort had everything. I managed to squeeze in time for golf, snorkeling, horse back riding, a tour to Dunns River Falls, which is a must, and even had a massage at the spa. This was a trip I will always remember and can not thank you enough for making all of the arrangements! Thanks again and I am looking forward to going on another vacation with Island Dreams. I would just like to say that Island Dreams did a great job on my recent honeymoon to the Bahamas! Our honeymoon was just fantastic. From the time we arrived at the airport to the time we departed the resort we were treated well.
